Graphic kit for Suzuki GSX-R 600 / 750 / 1000

INFORMATION:
Changing one logo, race number, and rider’s name incurs no additional fees; this service is included in the price of each graphics kit. We dispatch within 24 hours after payment/design approval. Custom designs will be created according to customer specifications and sent to their email for approval before printing.

ORDER PROCESS:
Upon receiving the order and approving the design, the graphics will be produced and prioritized for delivery. The shipment is typically sent out within 24 hours of payment/approval and should arrive via courier the next business day.

QUALITY:
We use only the highest quality materials available in the market with FLO technology (bubble-free application of decals). All our graphic designs are printed using high-quality DPI and laminated with the most durable materials available. Options include classic or full chrome materials (surface finishes can be selected from glossy, matte, frozen, or gold/silver glitter).

NOTE:
This product is not an original manufacturer’s motorcycle product (manufacturer is Motard Design). The final design with colors may not precisely match the design shown in the product photograph.

INSTALLATION:
Before starting, ensure your graphics are suitable for your motorcycle. If any issues arise, contact us via email before applying. Send us precise information to info@motard-design.com with all details of your order.

1. Remove the old graphics or stickers using technical gasoline. It breaks down the chemicals in the adhesives and evaporates after a few minutes (it’s crucial to remove all old adhesive). Finally, clean all greasy surfaces. Do NOT USE WATER on the adhesive side of the decals; stickers adhere dry. I recommend starting the installation on a small part of the motorcycle, such as the swingarm or fenders, to gain the ‘skill’ to do it right.

2. First, peel back a piece of the backing paper, about 10 cm, fold it back, and cut the paper. Then, position the decal on the appropriate area of the motorcycle and gently press it into place. Check the alignment of the decal to ensure it fits well on all sides (check screw holes and ventilation openings). Decals are somewhat moldable; if you slightly “deviate,” you can pull the decal back into alignment or even use heat from a heat gun to soften it and gently mold it.

3. Pay special attention to the edges. These are the critical parts that must be heated closely before application; otherwise, the decal will be stiff and won’t adhere well around the edges. Be careful to touch the adhesive side of the graphics as little as possible. When the graphics are fully adhered, press everything firmly.

4. Once everything is complete, park the motorcycle; 48 hours is the minimum curing time for the adhesive. Try to keep the motorcycle in a stable temperature range – the recommended temperature is +20 °C. In case of any lifting edges, take a heat gun, heat the decal, and reapply pressure.
