Withdrawal from the contract \u2013 return of goods<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h1>\n

If you have changed your mind about your purchase, the goods do not suit you or you have ordered the wrong product, you as a consumer can withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within the statutory period.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Important: When purchasing via the e-shop, the withdrawal period is standardly 14 days from receipt of the goods<\/strong>.<\/span><\/span> The goods must be sent back no later than 14 days from the day you notified us of your withdrawal from the contract.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

How to proceed when returning goods?<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n

  1. After submitting the form, we recommend that you include the order number or a copy of the order\/withdrawal with the shipment so that we can clearly identify the shipment.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Pack the goods securely so that they are not damaged during transport.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n

    COMPLAINT FORM<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

    In what condition should the goods be returned?<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n

    Returned goods should be complete, undamaged and, if possible, in the original packaging.<\/span><\/span> Please be extra careful with cosmetics, hygiene products and personal care products.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    • The goods must not be used beyond what is necessary to determine their properties.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • The product must be packaged securely to prevent damage during return delivery.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • If a gift or accessory was included in the package, it must be returned with the product.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      When can goods not be returned?<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n

      For hygiene and safety reasons, it is not possible to withdraw from the contract, especially for goods that have been unpacked after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n<\/section>\n

      Typically, these include, for example, open food products, hygiene products or products that come into direct contact with the body if they have already been unpacked or used.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/section>\n
      It is also not possible to return custom-made goods.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

      Refund<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n

      We will refund your money without undue delay, usually using the same method of payment as used for the return.<\/span><\/span> The refund may be withheld until we receive the returned goods or until you provide us with proof of shipment.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

      Who pays the costs of returning the goods?<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n

      The costs of returning the goods are borne by the consumer, unless we individually agree otherwise.<\/span><\/span> Please do not send goods on delivery \u2013 such a shipment cannot be accepted!<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
