Graphics kit for Polaris Outlaw

INFORMATION:
Replacing one logo, the starting number, and the rider’s name is complimentary; this service is included in the price of each graphics kit. We ship within 24 hours after payment or design approval. The custom design will be created according to the customer’s specifications and sent to their email address for approval prior to printing.

ORDER PROCESS:
Upon receiving the order and approving the design, the decals will be produced and shipped with priority. The shipment is typically dispatched within 24 hours after payment or approval and is expected to be delivered by courier the following business day.

QUALITY:
We utilize only the highest quality materials available on the market featuring FLO technology (bubble-free application of decals). All our graphics are printed with high DPI quality and laminated with the most durable materials. You may choose from classic or full chrome options (available surface finishes include glossy, matte, frosted, or gold/silver glitter).

INSTALLATION:
Before beginning, ensure that your graphics are compatible with your motorcycle. If you encounter any issues, please contact us via email prior to application. Send the detailed order information to info@motard-design.com.

1. Remove old graphics or decals using technical gasoline. It breaks down the adhesive chemicals and evaporates in a few minutes (it is crucial to eliminate all old residue). Afterward, clean all greasy surfaces. AVOID USING WATER on the adhesive side of the stickers; the decals adhere best when dry. I recommend starting with a small area of the motorcycle, such as the swingarm or fenders, to develop your technique.

2. First, peel off a section of the backing paper, approximately 10 cm, fold it back, and cut the paper. Then place the decal on the appropriate section of the motorcycle and gently press it into place. Ensure the layout of the decal fits well on all sides (check screw holes and ventilation openings). The decals are somewhat pliable; if you slightly bend them, you can stretch the decal back to flat or use heat from a heat gun, which will soften the decal for gentle shaping.

3. Pay special attention to the edges. These areas require heating before sticking; otherwise, the decal will be stiff and will not conform well around curves. Minimize contact with the adhesive side of the graphic. Once the graphic is fully applied, press down firmly across the entire surface.

4. After completion, allow the motorcycle to rest for at least 48 hours for the adhesive to cure. Maintain the motorcycle within a stable temperature range — the recommended temperature is +20 °C. If an edge begins to lift, utilize a heat gun to warm the decal and then press it down again.
