Graphics kit for Honda TRX 700

INFORMATION:
Replacing a logo, starting number, and rider name is complimentary; this service is included in the price of each decal. We ship within 24 hours following payment or design approval. The custom design will be created per the customer’s specifications and sent via email for approval prior to printing.

ORDER PROCESS:
Upon receiving the order and approving the design, the decals will be produced and prioritized for delivery. Shipment typically occurs within 24 hours post-payment or design approval, with delivery expected by courier the next business day.

QUALITY:
We exclusively utilize the highest quality materials available on the market featuring FLO technology (bubble-free application of decals). All our graphic designs are printed in high DPI and laminated with the most durable materials available. You can choose from classic or full chrome materials, with finishes available in glossy, matte, frosted, or gold/silver glitter.

NOTE:
This product is not an original item from the motorcycle brand (the manufacturer is Motard Design). The final design and colors may not exactly replicate those depicted in the product photo.

INSTALLATION:
Before proceeding, ensure that your graphics are suitable for your motorcycle. For any issues, contact us via email before application. Provide the exact details of your order to info@motard-design.com.

1. Remove old graphics or decals using technical gasoline. This breaks down the adhesive chemicals and evaporates in a few minutes (it is crucial to remove all old adhesive). Finally, clean any greasy surfaces. DO NOT USE WATER on the adhesive side of the decals; they adhere when applied dry. I recommend beginning with a small area of the motorcycle, such as the swingarm or fenders, to develop the skill for proper application.

2. First, peel back about 10 cm of the backing paper, fold it back, and cut the paper. Place the decal on the appropriate area of the motorcycle and gently press it into place. Check the alignment of the graphic to ensure it fits correctly around all edges (verify screw holes and ventilation openings). The decals are somewhat pliable; if you bend slightly, you can stretch them back to flat or use a heat gun to soften the decal for gentle shaping.

3. Pay special attention to the edges as they are critical areas that need heating prior to adhesion; otherwise, the decal will be stiff and will not conform well around the edges. Minimize contact with the sticky side of the graphic. Once the decal is fully adhered, press down firmly on all areas.

4. After installation, park the motorcycle; allow at least 48 hours for the adhesive to cure. Try to maintain the motorcycle within a stable temperature range—ideally around +20 °C. If an edge begins to peel, use a heat gun to warm the decal and reapply pressure.
