INFORMATION:

The exchange of one logo, race number, and rider’s name comes with no additional fees; this service is included in the price of each graphic kit. We dispatch within 24 hours after payment/design approval. Custom designs will be created based on customer requirements and sent to their email for approval before printing.

ORDER PROCESS:

Upon receiving the order and approving the design, the graphics will be produced and delivered with the highest priority. The shipment is typically dispatched within 24 hours after payment/design approval and should be delivered by courier the next business day.

QUALITY:

We use only the highest quality materials available on the market with FLO technology (bubble-free application of decals). All our graphic designs are printed using high-quality DPI and laminated with the most durable materials on the market. Classic or full chrome materials are available (finishes include glossy, matte, frozen, or gold/silver glitter).

NOTE:

This product is not an original motorcycle brand product (manufacturer is Motard Design). The final design colors may not exactly match the design shown on the product photo.

INSTALLATION:

Before starting, ensure your graphics are suitable for your motorcycle. If any issues arise, contact us via email before applying. Send us the exact information to info@motard-design.com with all the details of your order.

1. Remove the old graphics or decals using technical gasoline. It breaks down the chemicals in the adhesives and evaporates after a few minutes (it is crucial to remove all old adhesive). Finally, clean all greasy surfaces. Do NOT use water on the adhesive side of the decals; they are applied dry. I recommend starting the installation with a small part of the motorcycle, such as the swingarm or fenders, to gain the skill to do it correctly.

2. First, peel back a piece of the backing paper, about 10 cm, fold it back, and trim the paper. Then position the decal on the corresponding part of the motorcycle and gently press it into place. Afterward, check the layout of the decal to ensure it fits well on all sides (check screw holes and ventilation openings). Decals are somewhat malleable; if you deviate a little, you can pull the decal back into alignment or even use heat from a heat gun; the decal will soften and can be gently shaped.

3. Pay special attention to the edges. These are the main parts that need to be heated just before applying; otherwise, the decal will be stiff and will not bend well around the edge. Try to minimize touching the adhesive side of the graphics. Once the graphics are fully applied, press everything down firmly.

4. After everything is done, park the motorcycle; 48 hours is the minimum for the adhesive to cure. Try to keep the motorcycle within a stable temperature range – the recommended temperature is +20 °C. In case an edge starts to lift, take a heat gun, warm the decal, and press it down again.
