INFORMATION:

The exchange of one logo, race number, and rider name is free of charge; this service is included in the price of every graphics kit. We ship within 24 hours after payment/design approval. A custom design will be created according to the customer’s requirements and sent to their email address for approval before printing.

ORDER PROCESS:

Upon receiving the order and design approval, the decals will be made and prioritized for delivery. The package is usually dispatched within 24 hours after payment/approval and should arrive via courier the next business day.

QUALITY:

We only use the highest quality materials available on the market with FLO technology (bubble-free application of decals). All our graphic designs are printed using high-quality DPI and laminated with the most durable materials on the market. Options include classic and full chrome finishes (surface finish options include glossy, matte, frozen, or gold/silver glitter).

NOTE:

This product is not an original motorcycle brand product (the manufacturer is Motard Design). The final design with colors may not exactly match the design shown in the product photo.

INSTALLATION:

Before starting, ensure your graphics are suitable for your motorcycle. If any issues arise, please contact us via email before applying. Send us accurate information to info@motard-design.com with all the details of your order.

1. Remove the old graphics or decals using technical gasoline. It breaks down the adhesives’ chemicals, and after a few minutes, it evaporates (it is essential to remove all old adhesive). Finally, clean all oily surfaces. DO NOT USE WATER on the adhesive side of the decals; the decals are applied dry. I recommend starting with a small part of the motorcycle, such as the swingarm or fenders, to gain the skill of how to do it right.

2. First, peel back a piece of the backing paper, about 10 cm, fold it back, and cut off the paper. Then place the decal on the corresponding part of the motorcycle and gently press it into place. Check the placement of the decal to ensure it fits well on all sides (check screw holes and vents). Decals are somewhat malleable; if it deviates slightly, you can stretch the decal back into position or even apply heat from a heat gun, which will soften the decal for gentle shaping.

3. Pay special attention to the edges. These are the main areas that must be heated just before application; otherwise, the decal will be stiff and won’t bend well around the edge. Avoid touching the adhesive side of the graphics as much as possible. Once the graphics are fully applied, press them down firmly.

4. When everything is done, park the motorcycle; 48 hours is the minimum for the adhesive to cure. Try to keep the motorcycle within a stable temperature range – the recommended temperature is +20 °C. If any edges start to lift, take a heat gun, warm the decal, and press it down again.
