Graphics kit for CF Moto 800 MT-X

INFORMATION:
Replacing one logo, starting number, and rider name is complimentary, included in the price of each sticker. We dispatch within 24 hours after payment and design approval. The custom design will be created per customer specifications and emailed for approval before printing.

ORDER PROCESS:
Once your order is received and your design is approved, your decals will be produced and shipped with top priority. Typically, your order will be shipped within 24 hours of payment or approval, and should arrive by courier the next business day.

QUALITY:
We utilize only the highest quality materials available on the market with FLO technology for a bubble-free application. All our graphic designs are printed using high DPI and laminated with the most durable materials. You can select from classic or full chrome options (surface finishes are available in glossy, matte, frozen, or gold/silver glitter).

INSTALLATION:
Before commencing, ensure your graphics are compatible with your motorcycle. If issues arise, please contact us via email before application. Provide precise information to info@motard-design.com with all order details.

1. Remove old graphics or stickers using white spirit. It breaks down the adhesive chemicals and evaporates in a few minutes (it’s crucial to eliminate all previous adhesive). Clean all greasy surfaces thoroughly. DO NOT USE WATER on the adhesive side of the stickers; they adhere best when applied dry. Begin by applying stickers to a small section of the bike, such as the swingarm or fenders, to hone your technique.

2. First, peel back approximately 10cm of the backing paper, fold it back, and cut it. Position the sticker on the designated area of the motorcycle and gently press it into place. Verify the sticker’s alignment to ensure it fits well on all sides (check for screw and ventilation holes). The decals are somewhat malleable; if slightly bent, they can be re-stretched flat or softened using a heat gun for gentle reshaping.

3. Pay particular attention to the edges. These areas require heating just before application; otherwise, the sticker may become rigid and not conform well to the edges. Minimize contact with the adhesive side of the graphic. Once the graphic is securely attached, press down firmly.

4. After completion, park the motorcycle; 48 hours is the minimum time for the adhesive to cure. Maintain the bike within a stable temperature range – the recommended temperature is +20 °C. If edges begin to peel, use a heat gun to warm the sticker and reapply pressure.
