graphic kit for TM – COMPLEX

INFORMATION:
Replacement of one logo, race number, and rider name incurs no additional charges; this service is included in the price of every graphic kit. We ship within 24 hours after payment/design approval. Custom designs will be created according to the customer’s specifications and sent to their email for approval before printing.

ORDER PROCESS:
Upon receipt of the order and design approval, the decals will be produced and shipped as a top priority. Shipments are typically dispatched within 24 hours after payment/approval and should be delivered by courier the next business day.

QUALITY:
We use only the highest quality materials available on the market with FLO technology (bubble-free application of decals). All of our graphic designs are printed using high-quality DPI and laminated with the most durable materials on the market. Classic or full chrome materials are available (the surface finish can be selected from glossy, matte, frozen, or gold/silver glitter).

NOTE:
This product is not an original motorcycle brand product (the manufacturer is Motard Design). The final design with colors may not be exactly identical to the design shown in the product photo.

INSTALLATION:
Before starting, ensure that your graphics are suitable for your motorcycle. If any issues arise, contact us via email before applying the decals. Send us precise information to info@motard-design.com with all details of your order.
1. Remove the old graphics or stickers using technical gasoline. It breaks down the adhesives in the glues, and after a few minutes, it evaporates (it is essential to remove all old residue). Finally, clean all oily surfaces. Do NOT use water on the adhesive side of the stickers; they should be applied dry. I recommend starting the installation on a small part of the motorcycle, such as the swingarm or fenders, to gain skill on how to do it correctly.
2. First, peel back a piece of the backing paper, about 10 cm, fold it back, and cut the paper. Then place the sticker on the appropriate part of the motorcycle and gently press it into place. Check the layout of the sticker to ensure it fits well on all sides (check the screw holes and vents). The stickers are somewhat moldable; if you deviate a bit, you can pull the sticker back into shape or even use a heat gun to soften it for gentle molding.
3. Pay special attention to the edges. These are the main areas to heat lightly before adhering, otherwise the sticker will be stiff and won’t bend well around the edges. Be careful to touch the adhesive side of the graphics as little as possible. Once the graphics are fully applied, press everything down firmly.
4. When everything is done, park the motorcycle; 48 hours is the minimum for the adhesive to cure. Try to keep the motorcycle within a stable temperature range – the recommended temperature is +20 °C. In case of lifting edges, take a heat gun, warm the sticker, and press it down again.
